La Locanda dei Beccaria restaurant in Montù Beccaria (PV) will host a special tasting-dinner on Thursday, Novemebr 9th 2023.
The event is part of the “Cucina e Oltre… pò” series organised by the Tavole OltrePo association.
The menu will be prepared by Selvatico and La Locanda dei Beccaria restaurants, each contributing some of their signature dishes:
Red beet and boiled egg salad with Voghera peppers and anchovies
Salame di Varzi DOP
A tasting of the traditonal chickpea soup
Raw Fassona beef mini-tartare
Savoy cabbage dome with cotechino by Fratelli Daturi
Berrettina pumpkin malfatti with almonds, clarified butter and Casanova cheese by Caseificio Cavanna
Salmì of roe deer served with polenta made with Molino Bruciamonti yellow flour, Martina pear and its mostarda
Chestnut cream
Pomella Genovese apple brittle with Noblerot-flavoured zabaglione
The following wines will be paired with the various courses of the menu:
