The Fondazione Italiana Sommelier Veneto association has organised a wine tasting dedicated to the Pinot Noir based Metodo Classico sparkling wines from Oltrepò Pavese. The tasting will be hosted in the halls of the Due Torri Hotel (piazza Santa Anastasia, 4) and will open at 7.30pm.
The tasting will feature our Profilo Vintage Brut Nature as well as the Metodo Classico by other 8 wineries (Alessio Brandolini, Bruno Verdi, Calatroni, F.lli Giorgi, Frecciarossa, Piccolo Bacco dei Quaroni, Pietro Torti and Tenuta Scarpa Colombi). The wines will be paired with Salame di Varzi DOP and Oltrepò Pavese local cheese.
