Our Metodo Classico Profilo Brut Nature Vintage 2000 has been chosen by Matteo Pessina, wine expert and teacher at ALMA (the world’s leading international educational and training centre for Italian cuisine), for one if its Calicivivi tastings. The guided tasting, which is part of the “Italian terroirs. Wines, lands, men and stories to discover” series, will include wines produced with hill-grown and mountain grown Nebbiolo and long-aged Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
