The Canneto Pavese Pro Loco touristic association has organised a Buttafuoco masterclass on Sunday, April 16th 2023 at 10:30 AM in Canneto Pavese (PV).
The tasting, hosted in the Hall of Culture and Wine and led by AIS sommelier Fiorenzo Detti, will feature our Bricco Riva Bianca together with the Buttafuoco of 6 other Canneto Pavese wineries: Bruno Verdi, Fiamberti Giulio, Francesco Maggi, Fratelli Giorgi, Piovani Massimo and Quaquarini Francesco.
After the masterclass, Bazzini restaurant will cook the traditional stewed beef-stuffed ravioli of Canneto Pavese (Bata Lavar).
