The ParlaComeMangi food and wine shop in collaboration with the renowned food journalist Davide Paolini (the man behind the “Panettone all the year long” idea) organises “Panettone in Summer”, an event aimed at promoting the consumption of Panettone even in Summer.
An ApeCar will make a tour of some Liguria towns carrying for your pleasure an artisan Panettone with black cherries (produced by Piero Bertoli in Varallo Sesia (VC) using mother yeast) and our Sangue di Giuda Fior del Vento.
The ApeCar will stop in Portofino at the Caffè Excelsior (2:00 pm), on the private beach of the Eight Hotel in Paraggi (3.30 pm), on the private beach of the Grand Hotel Miramare in Santa Margherita Ligure (4.45 pm) and at the piazza del Chiosco della Musica in the heart of Rapallo, just in front of the ParlaComeMangi shop (6.30 pm).
A minimum donation of euro 2 will be required for the tasting. The proceeds will be given to the Onlus Macibombo Tuttinsieme association.
At each stop of the ApeCar the Rapallo “La Casa e il Mare” shop will set up a small living room with its own artisan furnishing.
Sponsor of the event will be Gambero Rosso Channel chef Giorgio Barchiesi (also known as “Giorgione”), who will give his blessing to each Panettone at the Capo Nord Restaurant in Santa Margherita Ligure (GE) on August 16th.
