Join us at the 2018 edition of Convivium, a wine and food festival that will take place in the old village of Golferenzo (PV) on Monday, July 30th 2018. Eight restaurants will cook their signature dishes in the courtyards and gardens of the village. Each dish will be paired with wines produced by local quality wineries. Our Bonarda Ipazia 2017 will be paired with the 2 risotto by Sasseo restaurant (Carnaroli risotto with basil, lemon and fresh Ricotta and Carnaroli risotto with red pepper and rosemary-flavoured veal). The Malvasia Piume by Martilde winery and the Riesling Il Nadòt by Montelio winery will also be chosen as perfect pairings with the risotto cooked by Sasseo’s chefs.
