Slow Food Basso Mantovano has invited us as guests in its February mini-tour in the province of Cremona. The schedule includes a visit to the Museum of the Violin in Cremona and lunch at Cascina Lago Scuro organic restaurant in Stagno Lombardo (CR). The menu will be paired with our Bonarda Luogo dei Ronchi, Buttafuoco Bricco Riva Bianca, Metodo Classico Profilo Vintage Brut Nature and Sangue di Giuda Fior del Vento. All wines will be on sale.
