Food expert Valerio Bergamini has organised a tour in Oltrepò Pavese and Colli Tortonesi on Sunday, October 17th 2021. The tour, titled “Generators of pleasures: great men, great wines, great salami” will include visits to two wineries and one artisan producer of Salame di Varzi DOP.
Here’s the schedule of the day:
• ore 09:30 am: meeting at Vigneti Massa winery in Monleale (AL), tour of the winery and wine tasting
• ore 11:30 am: departure for Casanova Destra Stafffora (PV)
• ore 12:15 pm: arrival at Angelo Dedomenici salami factory; tour of the factory and lunch
• ore 02:30 pm: departure for Canneto Pavese (PV)
• ore 03:30 pm: arrival at Andrea Picchioni winery; tour of the winery and wine tasting
Lunch menu:
• salame of different ageing
• pancetta (aged 6 years)
• filzette and filzettoni
• bondiola (aged coppa)
• pink salame
• delicate pork fillet
• offelle di Parona
